Description

1. The contact between the fire stopper and the switch is controlled by a relay. The switch opens and closes, ensuring that the screw contacts the travel distance first during operation, providing a good buffering effect, protecting the switch, and extending its service life.
2. The microswitch of the flameout device can carry a current of 2-3A, making it more robust and durable;
3. Effectively manage the sparks generated by the flameout motor during operation to improve motor performance and make it more stable;
4. Wiring method: Connect the red wire to the positive power supply, the yellow wire to the negative power supply, and the green wire to the control wire. Use a direct-plug interface port for convenience and speed.
5. Each flameout device undergoes hundreds of load tests (150N+ tensile force) before leaving the factory, and is only packaged after passing the tests;
6. Perform 20 load tests each on an upward tilt of 60 degree and a downward tilt of 60 degree (tensile force of 150N+).
7. Conduct resistance-to-rotation tests, exceeding 1000 times.
8. Superior Material: The outer shell material has advantages such as high strength, high hardness, flame retardancy, freeze resistance, impact resistance, and aging resistance.
