ND 8/16/32/64 filters provide 3/4/5/6 levels of light reduction respectively. When using, you can reduce the shutter speed (shutter speed when using ND8/16/32/64 lens = shutter speed when not using ND lens x8/16/32/64), so that the picture has appropriate dynamic blur, which is often used to shoot landscape subjects such as waterfalls, flowing water, waves, mountains, rivers, etc., to achieve large-scale effects such as misty flowing water and night light tracks.
