3. Easy to install: Plug in the side hole to adjust tension with your 2.5mm hex wrench. Then press the inside wrench to outer pressure.
4. Traction pegs for more comfortable surface and improved traction. Off center balance for easier starts.
5. The pedals adapters is made up by high-strength aluminum, large platforms, size: 90*85*3mm
6. You can use the adapter to match any of your other bike cleats to free your foot, or with the 6 degree road bike cleats to match your road bike pedals and clipless shoes.

Tips
Because of the gravity, the foot may flip. Here is the solution:
1. With practice, you can easily put your toe on the backside of the platform and flip up underneath your foot.
2. Then once you put your foot on the top of the, the teeth grip your shoe well and holds steady.
3. After a few stops, flipping the platform would quickly came back to you like it was before you switched to clipless.

1. If you want to delete this set from your pedals, please plug in the side hole to adjust tension with your hex wrench.
